Account data: Email address, billing information (company name, VAT number, address) for paid accounts.

Usage data: Links you create, click analytics including IP addresses (anonymized in exports), country, device type, browser, and referrer information.

Technical data: Log files, session data, and cookies necessary for the operation of the Service.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to provide and improve the Service, process payments, send invoices and service notifications, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Data Retention

Account data is retained for the duration of your account plus 2 years after deletion. Click analytics are retained according to your plan (60 days for Free, 1 year for Starter and Pro). IP addresses in our geo cache are retained for 6 months.

7. Third-Party Services

We use ipinfo.io for IP geolocation. IP addresses are sent to ipinfo.io only when geo redirect features are active on a link. Please review ipinfo.io's privacy policy for their data practices.
