1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using un2.click ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

un2.click provides URL shortening, link tracking, and analytics services. The Service is available to registered users who have completed the account creation process and, for paid plans, provided valid billing information.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must register for an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Paid Plans and Billing

Paid plans require a valid EU company VAT number and billing information. Invoices are issued monthly based on usage. Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date. un2.click reserves the right to suspend accounts with overdue payments.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to shorten URLs that lead to illegal content, malware, phishing sites, or content that violates the rights of third parties. un2.click reserves the right to remove any links that violate these terms without notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. un2.click shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.

7. Termination

un2.click reserves the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and your data may be deleted.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
